Mai, a renegade ninja from my comic OathofDarkness. Took a couple of hours...sketched, inked, and then colored in photoshop. I REALLY need to learn how to do shade and lighting...and hair lol.

Everybody keep saying that you should work more with anatomy, but no one says what is wrong with it, and what you can do to improve. One way to improve is to have others point out the flaws, because one may not always see them oneself. So, here we go:

Like I said on "RA", the nostrils are too small. They are larger than that in real life.
Also, the eye has the wrong look. See the image below:

And the ear should be more round (image below):

And finally, just a note about the necklace: it is well drawn, but some shadow could have been applied to the pearls. See image below on how to shade them:

With that said, the colour and shading of the eye is beautiful. You got a very nice highlight spot in the eye! The hair is good, too. Keep it up!
